Our contract will be with you and our responsibility will only be to you. Insurance does not dictate the care that we provide.

There is no copay for your visits and no bills afterwards. Your fee covers the majority of the services we offer.  But in the rare instance where additional cost is required, we will clearly communicate that to you at the time of service.

Discount is available when Routine Exam Services are paid in-full.  We are currently enrolling patients.



Let Us Care For Your Loved Ones

As I care for my aging parents, who reside in another state, it brings home this need for some of my patients.  I have seen many of my patients and their grown children wrestle with this same challenge.  To serve this need, I've incorporated ancillary services to help those that reside elsewhere to care for family members who reside here. These services include home visits and welfare checks for the health of the body, and (equally important) social calls for the health of the psyche.  I can provide the peace of mind that your loved ones have advocacy of a medically trained and personally-vetted staff.  You will also get timely updates and communication.
